- 9+ years of overall experience and 3+ years of experience working as a Agile Coach in the software industry.
- Experience in implementing Agile practice and delivering lean
- Experience in Scrum and Kanban for Project management, experience being part of Scrum calls and playing the role of Scrum Master
- Experience with Secure Agilist and Hands-on in tools like JIRA and Confluence
