As a FOS Collection Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining
positive customer relationships and ensuring the timely collection of EMI
payments. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing
high-quality service and support. Your main focus will be on visiting customer
addresses and collecting EMI payments via online, cheque, or cash methods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of
service and satisfaction.
* Handle a portfolio of X bucket customers who have failed to pay EMI on the
due date.
* Visit customer addresses (home, office) to collect EMI payments.
* Accept payments via online methods, cheques, or cash.
* Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with customers to encourage
timely EMI collections.
* Keep accurate records of all collection activities and payments received.
* Follow up on overdue payments and implement effective collection strategies.
* Provide regular updates to the management team on collection progress.




* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer relationship
management.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
* Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in collections or
customer service, is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
* Proficiency in using online payment systems and basic computer skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
* Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Basic knowledge of financial concepts and EMI payments is an asset.
* A positive and customer-centric attitude is a must.
