Retail Marketing & Brand Activation
- Plan and execute retail marketing campaigns across dealerships and regional markets.
- Drive local area marketing (LAM) activities to increase walk-ins and lead generation.
- Conceptualize and manage BTL activations, roadshows, mall displays, test drive events, and product showcases.
- Ensure strong brand visibility across dealer outlets as per brand guidelines.
- Coordinate launch activities for recent products, dealerships, and retail campaigns.

Dealer & Channel Marketing Support
- Work closely with dealer partners to implement marketing initiatives effectively.
- Monitor dealership branding, POSM utilization, and retail communication standards.
- Support dealers with co-op marketing plans and campaign execution.
- Train dealer teams on marketing programs and customer engagement activities.

Customer Engagement & Experience
- Develop customer engagement programs to improve retail experience and retention.
- Support CRM-driven campaigns for enquiries, test drives, and repeat customers.




- Track customer feedback and recommend improvements for retail touchpoints.

Campaign Management & Analytics
- Manage marketing budgets for retail activities and optimize ROI.
- Track campaign effectiveness, lead conversions, and dealership performance metrics.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Share regular MIS reports and recommendations with leadership teams.

Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with sales, digital marketing, product, and regional teams for integrated campaigns.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and event partners for seamless execution.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in retail marketing, channel marketing, or brand activation.
- Prior experience in automotive industry is preferred.
- Experience handling dealers
