Job Summary

Agile Product Owner - Delivery serve as the primary customer proxy for engineering teams and are accountable for translating approved business requirements into prioritized backlogs, explicit user stories, and executable delivery plans. They balance business priorities, technical dependencies, delivery risks, governance requirements, and capacity constraints to ensure successful implementation of automation and AI-enabled solutions.





This role partners closely with Intake Product Owners, Business System Analysts, Software Engineers, Solution Architects, Scrum Masters, Delivery Managers, Run/Support teams, governance stakeholders, and business leaders to deliver automation solutions that meet business commitments and operational expectations.

The Agile Product Owner - Delivery extends traditional Agile product ownership with automation-specific capabilities including orchestration delivery, RPA implementation oversight, Communication Mining enablement, agentic automation delivery coordination, Intelligent Document Processing adoption, technology roadmap execution, operational readiness planning, and value realization monitoring.
