Role Description This full time, on-site role is based in the Pune District and focuses on SEO and Google Ads for the US market. The SEO & Google Ads Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize search campaigns to drive qualified traffic, high-intent leads, and measurable ROI.



Daily responsibilities include conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, implementing on-page SEO improvements, and monitoring web analytics to identify opportunities and issues. The specialist will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including bid strategies, ad copy testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking. The role involves collaborating with content, design, and development teams to align landing pages, site structure, and messaging with campaign goals, while regularly reporting performance and recommending data-backed improvements.
