Breakdown Management: Serving as the first line of escalation for complex mechanical failures, prioritizing emergency maintenance jobs to minimize factory downtime. 3. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) :  Executing and refining PM schedules for production machinery, hydraulic power units, air compressors, chilled water systems, and material handling lines.  Monitoring machine performance trends using basic vibration checks, temperature monitoring,



and oil analysis to catch failures before they occur. -Coordinating with the Production Department to schedule planned downtime windows for mold changes, major mechanical overhauls, or machine realignments. 4. Spare Parts Management: Controlling shop floor spare parts inventory (bearings, seals, hydraulic valves, belts, pump cartridges, and gearboxes). -Raising purchase requisitions for critical mechanical spares, tools  Injection machines, chillers, compressors, cooling towers, hydraulic and pneumatic Working Hours: 12 Hours/Day
