About Business Financial Group

Business Financial Group (BFG) is a U.S.-based financial services organization providing integrated accounting, tax, payroll, financial management, and advisory solutions to businesses.
As part of our next stage of growth, BFG is developing a nationwide professional partner network across the United States. We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and execution-oriented Partner Network Development Manager to build and manage this initiative.
This is a U.S.-facing, leadership-track role for an execution-oriented professional who can combine business development, relationship management, project management, process development, technology, and team leadership.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for helping BFG build five professional partner networks:
CPA Partners
Fractional CFO Partners
Bookkeeper / Client Financial Manager (CFM) Partners
Tax Professional / Enrolled Agent (EA) Partners
Sales Professional Partners




The long-term objective is to develop approximately 100 qualified partners in each category, creating a network of approximately 500 qualified professional and business-development partners.
During the initial stage, you will work directly with BFG leadership to build the systems, processes, workflows, and relationships required to scale the program. As the network grows, you will have the opportunity to recruit and manage specialized Partner Managers for each partner group and progress toward Head of Partner Network Operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build the BFG Partner Network
Develop and execute strategies to identify, approach, qualify, recruit, onboard, activate, and retain professional partners throughout the United States.
Conduct prospect research and outreach through LinkedIn, email, telephone, webinars, professional networks, and other appropriate channels.
Conduct and coordinate skilled discovery meetings with prospective partners.
