Role Description The Hub Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Kaushambi, responsible for overseeing daily hub operations and ensuring smooth service delivery. This position involves coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, monitoring workflow, and tracking service performance against defined targets. The Hub Executive will liaise with internal teams and external partners, maintain accurate documentation and reports, and support issue resolution related to staffing, facility operations,



and dispatches. The role also includes maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards, optimizing resource utilization, and contributing to process improvements within the hub.
Qualifications

Strong operational management and coordination skills, with experience handling day-to-day activities in hubs, branches, or similar facilities.
Proficiency in basic data management and reporting, including use of spreadsheets, documentation tools, and tracking systems.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail for handling escalations, monitoring service quality, and implementing corrective actions.
Understanding of logistics, facility management, or staffing processes; prior experience in these domains is an advantage.
