Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions journey and helping them select the right Skillofy_AI programs. This role involves conducting discovery calls,



explaining program offerings and learning paths, and assessing candidate fit based on career goals, experience, and interests. The counselor will respond to inquiries via calls, email, and chat, provide clear information on curriculum, schedules, fees, and financial options, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing an admissions pipeline, following up with leads, collaborating with marketing and academic teams to improve the admissions experience, and providing honest, student-centered guidance to support successful enrollment and long-term learner outcomes.
