Role Description
The Sales Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating leads through outbound and inbound channels, and nurturing prospects through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms. The specialist will conduct discovery conversations, understand client needs,



and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves collaborating with marketing to refine messaging, following up on campaigns, and providing feedback on market trends and customer pain points to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
