Role: Bench Sales Recruiter / US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete US IT Recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates.
Source IT professionals through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, JobDiva, vendor portals, and other job boards.
Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-time requirements from Direct Clients, MSPs, and Implementation Partners.
Coordinate with hiring managers, account managers, vendors, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, CPT) to Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
Handle consultant submissions, interview scheduling, rate negotiations, and placement follow-ups.
Ensure continuous follow-up on submissions, interviews, and placements to reduce bench time.




Maintain recruitment and bench sales reports with excellent pipeline management.
Work in a fast-paced, target-driven US staffing environment.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment along with Bench Sales.
Hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals across various technologies.
Strong knowledge of the US staffing process, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC), and employment types.
Experience working with Direct Clients, MSPs, Tier-1 Vendors, and Implementation Partners.
Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, JobDiva, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and bench consultants simultaneously.
Self-motivated with the ability to achieve recruitment and placement targets.
