What You'll Do:
Drive end-to-end implementation and support of SAP HCM Payroll tailored to UAE labor laws (Gratuity, GOSI, SI7).
Configure schemas, PCRs, and wage types for complex business requirements.
Manage SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) integration and EC-to-SAP Payroll (ECP) data replication.
Act as the technical and compliance SME for Middle East payroll processing.
What You Need:
8+ years of core SAP HCM Payroll experience.
Proven hands-on expertise with UAE Payroll localization and SuccessFactors EC.
Robust communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and HR business owners.
