Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Agent role based in the Pune Division. The Travel Agent will assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation.



Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing customized itineraries, managing reservations and travel documentation, coordinating with airlines and suppliers, and ensuring accuracy in all bookings. The role involves providing proactive customer service, suggesting suitable travel options, promoting special packages, and supporting corporate and MICE travel requirements. The Travel Agent will also track bookings, resolve issues, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel regulations, and company offerings.
Qualifications
Strong skills in travel reservations and travel arrangements, with the ability to manage end-to-end itineraries efficiently.
Customer service capabilities, including clear communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving in a travel context.
Experience with car rental coordination and related ground transport bookings.
