Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sirsa for Sports Coaches & Academic Educators specializing in Cricket, Gymnastics, Accounts, and Business. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons and training sessions aligned with the school’s curriculum and performance objectives. Sports Coaches will conduct regular practice sessions, develop skill-building drills, oversee fitness and safety,



organize and prepare teams for competitions, and monitor student progress in cricket and gymnastics. Academic Educators will design lesson plans, teach Accounts and Business studies, assess student performance, provide feedback, and support learners in understanding core concepts and preparing for examinations. All team members will collaborate with colleagues, participate in school events, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
Strong coaching skills in cricket or gymnastics, including session planning, technique development, and student performance monitoring.
Proficiency in teaching Accounts or Business studies, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and align instruction with academic standards.
Experience creating structured lesson or training plans that support skill progression and learner engagement.
