The Brief
You will own and lead the entire marketing organization at Damco, with a primary mandate to build a world-class go-to-market (GTM) and demand generation engine that drives measurable pipeline, revenue growth, market expansion, and category leadership.
This is not a traditional brand marketing role. You will be expected to operate as the commercial counterpart to Sales, owning the strategy and execution that turns market positioning into qualified demand and revenue.
You will lead marketing across GTM strategy, demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), digital marketing, content, category marketing, field marketing, events, partner marketing, brand, design, inbound, outbound, and marketing operations. All marketing team leads report into you.
You will be responsible for repositioning Damco from an IT services company to a recognized AI Transformation Partner while simultaneously building a predictable,



scalable pipeline generation engine across North America.
Most IT services companies compete with the same messaging, the same channels, and the same claims. We are looking for someone who understands how markets are won through differentiated positioning, focused GTM execution, and relentless demand creation. You should have a strong point of view on how marketing creates competitive advantage, drives revenue, and influences enterprise buying decisions.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and revenue growth. You must understand AI, cloud, data, modernization, and enterprise technology well enough to translate complex capabilities into compelling market narratives that generate engagement, opportunities, and pipeline.
What You'll Own
Revenue Marketing & Pipeline Growth
End-to-end ownership of marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, opportunity creation, and contribution to revenue targets.
