Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with strong expertise in multi-country payroll implementations, specifically for UK and Spain payroll. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end ECP implementations and deep understanding of country-specific payroll compliance, statutory requirements, and payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation projects.
Handle end-to-end payroll configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Work on multi-country payroll implementations with focus on UK and Spain payroll processes.
Gather business requirements and translate them into payroll solutions.
Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll control center.
Ensure compliance with country-specific legal and statutory payroll regulations.
Collaborate with HR,



business stakeholders, and technical teams for successful delivery.
Perform payroll reconciliation, defect resolution, and payroll validation activities.
Support integration between Employee Central and ECP modules.
Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
Required Skills & Experience
Robust experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Good understanding of Legal and Country-specific Payroll processes.
Expertise in UK and Spain Payroll implementation and support.
Hands-on experience in minimum 4 end-to-end multi-country ECP implementation projects.
Experience in payroll schema/rules configuration and payroll troubleshooting.
Knowledge of payroll integration with Employee Central and third-party systems.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
