Role Description This full-time Systems Administrator role is based in Noida in a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The Systems Administrator will install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including user management, permissions, patching,



and performance tuning. The role involves administering and optimizing VMware-based virtualization platforms, managing virtual machines, resource allocation, and high availability configurations. The Systems Administrator will also support and manage Azure services such as virtual machines, storage, backup, and security configurations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring system and network health, resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, and providing technical support to internal teams and clients. The role will contribute to documentation, backup and recovery plans, security controls, and continuous improvement of infrastructure and processes.
