Role Description The BIM Modeler is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models for architecture and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) disciplines. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed 3D models, updating and coordinating construction drawings, and ensuring that design information is accurately represented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers,



and project managers to resolve design conflicts, optimize model data, and support documentation for construction and installation activities. The BIM Modeler will also assist in maintaining standards, applying best practices in BIM workflows, and supporting quality and compliance across project deliverables.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a Modeler on multidisciplinary projects.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and the ability to translate design concepts into accurate, coordinated models.
Candidates should possess familiarity with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration within BIM environments.
