We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager – Engineering to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple software and product engineering initiatives.
The role requires a solid combination of engineering delivery leadership, people management, Agile execution, technical understanding, program management, and executive stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple engineering teams, delivering complex SaaS, cloud, and product initiatives, improving engineering productivity, and ensuring predictable, high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Delivery Leadership
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple software/product engineering initiatives from planning through production release.
Define delivery plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.
Ensure predictable and high-quality delivery across multiple engineering teams.
Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution.
Ensure effective coordination between Engineering, Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Business teams.




Drive engineering delivery governance and establish consistent delivery processes.

Agile & Program Management
Lead Agile/Scrum execution across multiple engineering teams.
Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
Ensure effective prioritization and capacity planning across teams.
Establish appropriate governance and reporting mechanisms for engineering programs.
Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure timely resolution of blockers.

People & Engineering Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop multiple engineering teams and engineering managers/leads.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
