The opportunity
The Implementation Senior plays a key role in executing various phases within an implementation project. This role is expected to anchor and collaborate with team members in setting up implementation plan & metrics,
regular monitoring of processes, ensuring controls are in place, risk analyses are performed for every process, adequate training of resources, establishing communication channels with various internal/ external teams for long terms' success.
Your key responsibilities
Experience in transition management, project management and transformational initiatives within a large-scale, global workplace.
An ideal candidate must have managed and executed large multi country, multi service, complex implementations.
Execute detailed transition plans, including risk assessments and milestone tracking.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all transition activities are completed on schedule and in alignment with client requirements.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and process documentation to ensure operational continuity.
Monitor and report on transition progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues
