We produce video content at high volume, and a large part of our pipeline is AI-assisted. We're looking for an editor who already works this way — fluent, not curious.
The role
Full time, fully remote
Start date: 1st October
Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (US working hours)
Paid bi-weekly in USD
Must have
Your own edit-capable machine and high-speed internet. This is absolutely compulsory. This is a remote role — you edit on your own system, so you need a PC or Mac that handles 4K timelines, AI renders and heavy grading without choking, plus a stable high-speed connection for daily large-file uploads and downloads. No exceptions, and please don't apply if this isn't already in place.
Hands-on, daily-level command of AI video tools — Higgsfield and Google Flow especially.
Strong sound design: mix, music selection, SFX, dialogue cleanup, levels that hold up on phone speakers
Strong color grading: matching AI-generated footage with live footage, holding a consistent look across a series




Expert in Premiere Pro.
Ability to cut for story — pacing and rhythm, knowing where to hold and where to cut, not just assembling clips
High output on tight turnarounds without quality slipping
Clean file and version discipline, and clear communication across time zones
Nice to have
Prompt-writing skill for image/video models (Nano Banana, Seedance, Midjourney and similar)
Motion graphics, titles and lower-thirds
Subtitling and multi-platform delivery (YouTube long-form, Shorts, Reels)
