Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to help Rare Carat grow qualified demand across paid channels. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll develop targeting strategies, launch and optimize full-funnel campaigns, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and use data to uncover recent growth opportunities.
