Role Description This is a full-time, in office Safety Officer role based in Bengaluru. The Safety Officer will oversee health, safety, and security practices across interior fit-out sites and office environments, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining safety documentation and incident reports.



The role involves leading safety training sessions, promoting a safety-first culture, and coordinating accident investigations to determine root causes and preventive measures. The Safety Officer will collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to embed safety standards into all phases of project execution.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Occupational Health knowledge applicable to construction and interior fit-out environments.
Candidates should possess skills in Accident Investigation and incident reporting to analyze causes and implement preventive actions.
Candidates should possess experience in Safety Training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for site and office personnel.
Candidates should possess understanding of Security practices related to access control, site safety, and asset protection.
Relevant certifications in workplace safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IO
