About Aracion
Aracion Technology is an independent RF test infrastructure company, founded in 2014, with operations across India, UAE, USA, Singapore, and China. We design, build, and operate anechoic chambers, CATR OTA systems, EMC chambers, RF shielded enclosures, and turnkey test facilities for wireless, telecom, defense, and IoT customers worldwide. Role Overview
We are looking for a driven, go-getter Sales Manager to sell Aracion’s test infrastructure portfolio — EMC and antenna measurement chambers, RF anechoic chambers, shielded rooms, shield boxes, and turnkey system integration projects. You will own the full sales cycle for capital projects: lead generation, requirement capture, solution scoping with engineering, proposals, negotiation, and closure.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and convert opportunities for EMC/RF/antenna chambers, shielded enclosures, shield boxes,



and turnkey lab integration projects • Engage customers across telecom, defense, aerospace, automotive, electronics, and R&D; institutions to capture technical and facility requirements • Work with Aracion’s engineering team to translate requirements into compliant, competitive techno-commercial proposals • Manage long-cycle capital sales: tenders, RFQs, techno-commercial discussions, negotiation, and order closure • Build relationships with consultants, PSUs, defense labs, and private OEMs driving test facility investments • Represent Aracion at exhibitions, seminars, and customer presentations; conduct site visits and capability demos • Track competitor offerings and pricing; maintain pipeline, forecasts, and reporting in CRM • Coordinate with project execution teams post-order to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction
