Work you'll do

As a Services Associate, Data Preparation and Reporting on the Learning Insights team, you will be responsible for developing customized reporting solutions and supporting US/USI Talent Development stakeholders.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, Power Query,



and other business intelligence tools.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting solutions using data from multiple sources.
Build and maintain data pipelines, extract-transform-load processes, and data models to support reporting and analysis.
Perform data analysis to assess data structure, content, and quality, and deliver routine and ad hoc reporting to support business needs.
Collaborate with business teams and system analysts and train end users on new reports and dashboards.
