About The Job:
- The IT Hub Governance – IT Lead is accountable for establishing and governing the IT delivery and governance framework of the Wacker Global Capability Center (GCC).
- The role ensures robust alignment between Wacker’s global IT strategy and GCC execution, covering governance, service quality, performance management, and transformation enablement.
Essential Job Functions:
- Own and operate the IT governance framework for the Wacker GCC aligned to global standards and Hub-Asia operating model.
- Act as the single point of accountability for IT governance across infrastructure, SAP, security, and platform services.
- Establish and run governance cadences including MBRs, QBRs, and executive steering forums.
- Oversee SLA, KPI, and service quality performance ensuring predictable delivery and continuous improvement.
- Drive risk management, escalation handling, and corrective actions for service deviations.
- Govern demand intake, prioritization, and capacity planning for global IT stakeholders.
- Enable transformation initiatives, automation, and innovation through strong governance and execution discipline.
- Partner with Wacker IT leadership and HCLTech delivery teams to ensure strategic and operational alignment.
