Performance Test Engineer

We are looking for a seasoned Performance test engineer, is responsible for identifying and analysis Non-Functional requirement s, design/develop work load models, designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure applications meet non functional requirements such as speed, scalability, and stability. This role works closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements to define performance testing scope.

• Identify key scenarios, workloads, and KPIs (response time, throughput, resource utilization).

• Create performance test plans, test scripts, and execution schedules.

• Develop, parameterize,



and enhance performance test scripts using prominent tools like LoadRunner and JMeter.

• Execute performance tests including - Load testing, Stress testing,Endurance / soak testing and Scalability testing

• Monitor system metrics (CPU, memory, DB performance, network throughput, etc.) during execution prominent monitoring tools

• Analyze results to identify bottlenecks, issues, and deviations against SLAs and benchmarks.

• Troubleshoot performance issues with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams.

• Prepare detailed reports with findings, recommendations, and performance optimization strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• 6-8 + years of experience as performance tester

• Strong hands‐on experience in performance testing tools especially LoadRunner and JMeter and NeoLoad, etc.

• Positive understanding of web technologies: HTTP/S, APIs, microservices, REST, SOAP.

• Knowledge of server moni
