About The Job:
- We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM).
- The ideal candidate will design, configure, develop, integrate, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions that enhance customer service operations and field service delivery.
- This role requires strong platform development expertise, a solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices, and the ability to convert business requirements into dependable technical solutions.

Essential Job Functions:
- ServiceNow Development
- Solution Design and Configuration: Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with platform standards and best practices.
- Application Setup: Configure applications, modules, forms, tables, workflows, catalog items, notifications, and approval processes.




- Scripting and Platform Controls: Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
- User Experience and Reporting: Create and customize portals, workspaces, dashboards, reports, and UI Builder experiences.
- Deployment and Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews, update set management, testing, release deployments, and post-production validation.
- Integration Development: Develop REST and SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub, spokes, import sets, transform maps, and MID Server where applicable.
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Case Management: Configure and customize case processes, including case creation, routing, assignment, escalation, and closure.
- Customer and Agent Experience: Implement and enhance the Customer Service Portal, Configurable Workspace, and agent productivity capabilities
