Qualifications:
Required Experience
- Exp: 8-12 years
- Experience in designing and implementing client facing solutions leveraging involving multiple elementary layer tools and ticketing tools with Event management/correlation tool.
- Candidate should have design experience in Network, Security, Infra & Cloud monitoring with good understanding of Observability tools.
- Experience on SolarWinds NAM, SAM, SRM, DPA, HCO and other modules.
- Candidate should be experienced in implementing SolarWinds in cloud and on-premises for monitoring of servers, applications, databases and network devices.
- Experience in Windows, Linux OS infrastructure monitoring and their hosted applications.
- Experience in Network product monitoring like switches, routers, firewalls, LB etc.
- Experience on various network monitoring protocols like SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow etc.
- Experienced in database monitoring using default SAM templates and or creating custom templated by executing SQL query for monitoring.
- Creating various platform specific Alerts and Reporting scenario-based requirements from customers.
- Experience in implementing and integrating Solarwinds with third party applications like MoogSoft & SNOW for dashboard and alerts.
- Experience in MS Database and creating custom SWQL queries.
- Should have knowledge on at least one script like power shell, python etc.
- Positive understanding of various Microsoft authentication protocols, like SAMA
