Job Title: ServiceNow Developer – REST APIs & Integrations

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in REST APIs, integrations, and platform development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and external systems while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations with third-party applications.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and automation solutions.
- Create and manage IntegrationHub spokes,



Flow Designer flows, and Scripted REST APIs.
- Develop server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript.
- Configure and support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, ITOM, or CSM.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and platform upgrades.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Robust hands-on experience with REST APIs and web services integration.
- Experience with Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, GlideRecord, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Experience with JSON, X
