About The Job:
- MuleSoft Support Lead with 5+ years of IT experience and 4+ years of MuleSoft expertise.
- Robust knowledge of Mule 4, API-led connectivity, DataWeave, CloudHub, Salesforce integrations, API monitoring, incident management, and production support.
- Experience with Splunk, Middleware.io, OpenTelemetry, Git, Jenkins,



and enterprise integration platforms is highly desirable.

Essential Job Functions:

Production Support
- Monitor MuleSoft APIs, integrations, and batch jobs.
- Provide L2/L3 support for production incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve API failures, connectivity issues, and data processing errors.
- Perform incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Participate in on-call support and critical issue resolution.
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot application issues.
- Monitor API performance and system health.
- Support API lifecycle management activities.
- Validate deployments and configuration changes.

Qualifications:

Experience
- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development and support experience.
- Experience supporting production integrations and APIs in enterprise environments.
