Reports To: Regional / Zonal Retail Head
Job Purpose
To plan, implement, and maintain effective visual merchandising standards across V-Mart stores in the assigned region. The RVM will ensure attractive product presentation, strong brand visibility, proper implementation of VM guidelines, and an engaging shopping experience that supports store sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement V-Mart’s visual merchandising standards and guidelines across assigned stores.
- Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, festival, and campaign-based store displays.
- Ensure proper merchandise presentation, product grouping, colour coordination, signage, fixtures, and window displays.
- Conduct regular store visits and VM audits to ensure compliance with company standards.




- Guide and train store teams on visual merchandising techniques and display standards.
- Coordinate with Store Managers, Regional Teams, Buying/Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Ensure timely implementation of current launches, promotional activities, and campaign displays.
- Monitor store presentation and identify opportunities to improve customer movement and product visibility.
- Share store visit reports, photographs, VM audit results, and corrective action plans with management.
- Ensure all promotional communication and signage are displayed correctly and on time.
- Track competitor visual merchandising and retail display trends and suggest improvements.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of VM fixtures, props, mannequins, graphics, and display materials.
- Follow up with stores to ensure corrective actions are completed within the required timeline.
- Support sales growth through effective merchandise presentation and commercial visual merchandising.
