About The Job:
- Team Lead is responsible for leading the C2C Support function supporting SAP Client Delivery Managers across RISE with SAP and SAP Private Cloud Edition engagements. The role ensures technical validation quality, process compliance, resource planning, workload management, continuous improvement, and operational governance across all deal-support activities.
- The Team Lead acts as the primary point of contact for SAP CDMs and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate landscape validation, high-quality handovers,



adherence to SAP standards, and timely execution of onboarding support activities.

Essential Job Functions:

Team Leadership and Resource Management
- Lead and manage a team of SAP C2C Support team supporting NA & LAC SAP engagements.
- Allocate workloads and ensure adequate coverage across regions and demand peaks.
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and capability-building programs for team members.
- Drive skill development/upskilling across SAP Basis, HANA, S/4HANA, landscape design, and deal-support processes.
- Support onboarding, mentoring, and performance development of team members.

Technical Governance and Quality Assurance
- Establish quality standards for BoM validation, landscape reviews, and onboarding documentation.
- Review and approve complex or high-risk deal validations before final submission.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in technical recommendations and validation
