Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in silicon validation.
- Experience with DDRPHY and DRAM tuning and characterization over PVT.
- Experience in developing test and debug infrastructure (e.g., software tools, lab equipment) and test/lab automation scripting.
- Experience with low power DRAM interface protocols and compliance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with an emphasis on computer architecture.
- Familiarity with Prototyping platforms like Emulators or Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGAs).
- Familiarity with power or performance measurement of SoCs.
- C/Python Coding experience.
