Essential Job Functions:
- Define and establish the SIAM operating model, processes, and governance structure.
- Coordinate and integrate services from multiple suppliers to deliver end-to-end business outcomes.
- Set up performance dashboards, manage SLAs/OLAs, and ensure service compliance across vendors.
- Act as the primary liaison between the client, internal teams, and multiple service providers.
- Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts across stakeholders and vendors.
- Develop and continuously improve Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Knowledge Management processes aligned with the SIAM model.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across suppliers and services.
- Provide executive-level updates, service performance reports, and service improvement plans.
