The Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced professional to build and scale chosen categories through driving intelligent prospecting persistently to identify, create and qualify opportunities, then work with BD & Product Specialist team to ensure the opportunity is rightly understood and addressed. You would work with the Business teams to define processes for lead qualification and field assignment. Once qualified and timely assigned to regional BD teams, you would then work with your team of product specialists, along with the BD team, to monetize the opportunities generated. Your success will be measured by achievement of monetization goals and the chance creation goals.

What You Will Do:

· Own the Demand generation and fulfilment funnel for the categories assigned

· Developing a deep understanding of the category on dimensions of:

o Market and Sub-Category opportunities

o Product and Price segments

o Buyer profiles

· Build Top-of-Funnel to drive leads through multiple workstreams - Marketing (Paid Organic), Agencies, Partnerships, Association tie-ups etc.





· Drive Buyer acquisition & Buyer Wallet share;
- Lead regional Product Specialist team to drive high conversions from leads generated

· Understanding drivers of buyer engagement & buyer experience; drive passionately

· Anchor Sales Enablement; own frontline efficiency and effectiveness

· Working cross-functionally (supply, operations, logistics, credit) to solving problem and solution for the various needs of the business

· Ideating, implementing and delivering high impact

Experience in the Steel industry (esp. with Flat products) desired
