Purpose of the Role:
The Inside Sales representative is responsible for initiating contact with potential Clients, identifying their needs and interests, presenting service information, addressing questions or objections, and closing sales. This role typically involves to generate leads, as well as following up on leads provided by various channels. The Inside Sales representative may also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, managing the sales pipeline, and providing post-sales support as needed. Overall, the goal of the Inside Sales role is to drive revenue growth by converting prospects into satisfied customers.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle both Outbound and Inbound calls which includes: Taking prospects from initial contact phase to
- qualify phasing over the phone.
- Identify the opportunities and convert the prospect into customers by reaching out to recent and existing
- clients.
- Can make extenstive calls a day which eventually leads to creating pipeline and then closing over a period of time.




- Should have the mindset to meet and overachieve the revenue contribution goals.
- Using CRM to manage the leads that are assigned through rigorous follow up.
- Explain the value proposition of SISA to the clients and on-boarding them to our platform.
- Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assign to you this includes: Cold calling, Pre and Post Sales Relationship Management
- Maintain a detailed database with all the information of clients/prospects/potentials leads.
- Working with the marketing department to convert inbound sales enquirers into leads .
- Achieving monthly and overall revenue targets
- Making a high number of calls to meet daily KPI's.
- Above all a committed attitude towards the completion of daily inputs and outputs with the goal of achieving
- targets
