Job Title: Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Consultant

Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Consultant with solid functional expertise in Oracle Financial modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud Financials solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and manage Oracle Financial modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Perform system setup, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and reporting.
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation.




- Ensure compliance with financial and statutory requirements.
- Drive process improvements and system optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, including 2+ years in Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion).
- Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM modules.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in data migration, reconciliation, and integrations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle ERP Cloud Financials certification.
- Experience with additional modules such as Procurement or Projects.
- Exposure to reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View.
- Experience working in client-facing consulting roles.
