ServiceNow Platform Developer – AI Control Tower
Role Summary:
Develop and enhance ServiceNow AI Control Tower capabilities focused on discoverability, observability, governance, and security of enterprise AI solutions. Build and integrate AI-powered services, identify product gaps, and collaborate with product teams to drive platform improvements. Support development of RAG, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations for AI Control Tower.
- Build AI services leveraging RAG, LLMs, AI Agents, and ServiceNow AI capabilities.
- Implement AI governance, observability, monitoring,
and security controls.
- Develop dashboards and reporting for AI operations and compliance.
- Identify platform/product gaps and provide feedback to product engineering teams.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise AI platforms and external systems.
- Follow Agile, DevOps, and ServiceNow development best practices.
