About The Job:
- We are looking for an exceptional individual passionate about customer success and maximising adoption across EMEA. The Marketing Program Manager will conceptualise, plan and operationalise cutting-edge marketing programs that engage Adobe customers at every stage of their lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption through to loyalty, renewal and expansion.

Essential Job Functions:

Responsibilities
- Define and own the quarterly and annual EMEA program calendar across all three streams, aligned to Adobe's global GTM strategy
- Own end-to-end execution of webinars, customer roundtables and digital events, from initial brief through to post-event follow-up and reporting




- Serve as the primary liaison with EMEA regional marketing teams and external creative and MarTech agencies; manage briefs, timelines and delivery
- Coordinate with Creative, MarTech and Communications teams to produce integrated, on-brand campaign assets
- Translate customer insights into high-impact, personalised lifecycle programs that drive adoption, loyalty and renewal
- Track KPIs and maintain performance dashboards; deliver executive-ready program reporting to leadership
- Develop and maintain program templates, project plans, workflows and governance frameworks for consistent scalable execution

Program Streams
- Marketing Owned: Regional demand generation, multi-channel digital campaigns, agency managed creative production and EMEA localisation of global assets
- Customer Success and Strategy Owned: Digital touch onboarding journeys, customer health and adoption milestone programs,
- Corporate Team: Adobe-wide commun
