Experience required- 20 to 25 years

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the entire CAE department, covering all simulation domains (Crash, NVH, Durability, CFD).
• Set the strategy for simulation-led design and virtual validation.
• Drive methodology development and correlation of CAE models with physical tests.
• Manage HPC resources, software budgets, and team development.
• Deep expertise across multiple CAE domains.
• Proven experience in building and leading a high-performing CAE team.
• Strong understanding of the role of simulation in the V-cycle.

Mandatory: B.E. in Mechanical/Automotive/Aerospace Engineering
Preferred: M.E./M.Tech or PhD in a relevant CAE discipline
