Qualifications:
- Relevant Exp: 8-12 Yrs

Primary Skills.
- Hands on experience on NEXTGENFIREWALL Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA etc).
- Should have a good customer handling skills.
- Experience in implementing Information Security technologies and documenting the firewall management processes, procedures required.
- Sound knowledge of different VPN technology including configuration as well deep troubleshooting.
- Configuration, troubleshooting and administration of Proxy (BlueCoat, Zscalar, etc).
- Sound knowledge of AAA technology.




- Sound knowledge of firewall management tools preferred Panorama, Fortimanager etc.
- Experience on ticketing tools like Service Now, HPSM, incident management, problem management and change management concept.
- In depth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls in HA mode and hand on experience to handle high priority issues.
- Assist in policy management, patch management, vulnerability management and vendor management activities.
- General knowledge of networking concept.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts on a 24/7 schedule.
