About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Manager to drive sales and market growth for Ortho Rehabilitation products.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Achieve sales targets and drive territory growth.
/n
- Build relationships with orthopedic doctors, physiotherapists, hospitals, dealers & distributors.
/n
- Promote products such as Knee Caps, Knee Braces, Lumbar Belts, Cervical Collars, Ankle & Wrist Supports.
/n
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
/n
- Manage dealer/distributor networks and ensure product availability.
/n




- Conduct field visits, monitor market trends and competitor activities.
/n
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
/n

Candidate Profile

/n

/n
- 2–4 years of experience in Orthopedic / Rehabilitation / Medical Devices.
/n
- Robust product knowledge and market understanding.
/n
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
/n
- Existing network with doctors, hospitals, physiotherapists, dealers or distributors preferred.
/n
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
