Essential Job Functions:
- Design, configure and support Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) SCM modules including Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory, Order Management,
Advanced Pricing and Shipping Execution.
- Provide production support for Oracle EBS SCM modules including incident resolution, problem management and service request handling.
- Design and develop custom reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE components) using PL/SQL, APIs, Open Interfaces, Forms Personalization and Workflow.
- Analyze and resolve production issues within defined SLAs, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.
- Support month-end and year-end business processes including inventory close, purchasing close and transaction reconciliations.
- Manage enhancements, minor projects and change requests within AMS engagement model.
- Monitor and improve system performance including concurrent program tuning and SQL optimization.
