About The Job:
- Lead the engineering delivery for an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant Agentic AI platform built on Azure AI Foundry.
- Own architecture, delivery execution, team leadership,
and technical governance across RAG, agentic platform, enterprise security, and LLMOps tracks.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead GenAI & Agentic AI engineering – architecture, sprint execution & roadmap
- Architect scalable multi-tenant RAG & Agentic AI platform (Azure AI Foundry + Semantic Kernel + AutoGen)
Drive implementation of:
- Develop common blueprint and platform scaffolding for GenAI & Agentic AI
- Semantic ranking & advanced retrieval
- Agent orchestration, registry, lifecycle framework
- LLMOps, FinOps, observability dashboards
- Ensure Azure-native security, RBAC, policy governance & Purview integration
- Collaborate with PM, AI Security, DevOps, UX & stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Experience with development of AI Agents for various domains
- Experience with Multi tenant, multi-user, multi source , multi framework system
- Hands-on technical leadership, code reviews, and desig
