About The Job:
- We are looking for a Hardware Asset Management and Application Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level support for end-user computing assets and related business applications.
- The role is part of the Application Operations team and is responsible for HAM support, lifecycle management, and governance of hardware assets and applications, ensuring compliance, availability, and operational stability.

Education Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering,



or a related field.
- Experience in Hardware Asset Management, Application Support, or IT Operations roles.
- Experience working in an enterprise IT setting supporting end-user assets and applications.
- ITIL, Asset Management, or similar certifications are a plus.

Essential Job Functions:

Hardware Asset Management
- Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle including procurement support, inventory, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
- Maintain accurate asset records in asset management systems and CMDB.
- Ensure compliance with asset governance, audit, and licensing requirements.

Application Support
- Provide support for enterprise applications and end-user computing applications.
- Ensure application availability, performance, and controlled lifecycle management.
