Essential Job Functions:
- Ability to review / interpret / refine requests from the business community and translate them into functional and technical requirements which can be estimated for complexity and then queued for implementation

Qualifications:





The incumbent should have an overall experience of 3-5 years in Software Testing for IT development Projects role with 1 years specific to ServiceNow software suite, in the below technical areas:
- Positive Understanding of development and implementation of as a service and cloud platforms and products.
- Experience of Development of Customized SaaS Platforms Previous experience implementing and configuring the ServiceNow software suite in one or more of the following modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Change Management, Performance Analytics, Asset Management, Release Management, Asset Management, IT Cost Management, Discovery, Orchestration, ITOM In-depth understanding and hands-on application of Service Management business processes.
- ITIL/ITOM knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in preparing test plan, test scenarios, test cases, test case Review, execution and reporting the Defects.
