Key Responsibilities:

1. Audit Planning & Engagement Management
/n

- Lead statutory audits for clients across industries including Manufacturing, Services, Trading, NBFCs, and others.
/n
- Conduct detailed audit planning, including risk assessment, materiality determination, and scope definition.
/n
- Identify significant risk areas and develop audit strategies aligned with Standards on Auditing (SAs).
/n
- Manage audit timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
/n

2. Execution of Statutory Audits
/n
/n
- Independently execute statutory audits for Private Limited Companies, Public Limited Companies, LLPs, and Group Audit Components.
/n
- Perform audit testing of complex areas such as:

- Provisions & Contingencies

- Deferred Tax

- Financial Instruments
