Role Description
The Client Servicing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The role involves managing day-to-day communication with clients, understanding their requirements,
and coordinating with internal creative and planning teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, supporting campaign planning and execution, handling feedback, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles. The Client Servicing Executive will track deliverables, follow up on approvals, and contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities to enhance services and client satisfaction. The role requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and consistent documentation of client interactions and project status.
