Job Description

This is a management role within Global Operations & Investor Services (GOIS),



specifically within Derivative Operations, a global team of 30+ professionals based across India, the UK and the US. The successful candidate will be accountable for leading the India-based Derivative Operations capability, providing strong people leadership, operational oversight, product expertise and senior escalation across day-to-day middle office and trade support activities. The role requires close partnership with Front Office, Compliance, Technology, Legal, Risk and external counterparties across the full derivative product lifecycle, with a clear focus on control, resilience, stakeholder confidence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership, Middle Office and Trade Support

Provide senior oversight of the end-to-end derivative trade lifecycle, from execution and confirmation through clearing, settlement, valuation, lifecycle events and termination.
